Medical studies have concluded that lack of exercise can also trigger asthma. The whole process will be gentler overall. You will have to work out a routine that works for your level of endurance. This might require a trial and error period, but be patient. Once you work out a moderate exercise schedule, your body will thank you!

Asthmatic Diet:

If you have asthma, jogging outdoors when the weather is cold enough to trigger an attack is absolutely not allowed. You should exercise, but it is advised that you avoid doing it in an environment that may be harmful to you. Aside from exercise, you should also ensure that your food intake is healthy and non-fat or low-fat. The lessened physical exercise allowed to you must be complemented with a diet that would not deliver too much fat and sugar into your body. Eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Avoid junk food entirely if at all possible.
